Right now it is made for electronics shops and installment (qist) businesses in Pakistan — shops that sell TVs, fridges, ACs, motorcycles, mobiles and similar items on cash and on installments.
No. Dukaan Master runs in the browser. You get your own private dashboard link and you log in from any computer or phone.
Yes. The dashboard works in the browser of any smartphone, tablet or computer. Many shop owners check their daily recovery from their phone.
When you make an installment sale you enter the price, the advance and the number of months. Dukaan Master makes the monthly schedule, and every payment you receive is marked against it. You always see the paid and the remaining amount.
Yes. Each customer has CNIC, phone numbers and address, and each installment sale can have one or more guarantors with their details.
Dukaan Master shows which installments are due and which are late, so your recovery staff know exactly whom to visit or call today.
Yes. Cash (counter) sales, installment sales and purchases all work side by side, and all of them update your stock and cash book.
Automatically. A purchase adds items to stock and a sale takes them out. You can see the stock of every product at any time.
A cash-flow entry is one money record: a payment received, a payment made, an expense or an investment. Each plan allows a number of these entries per month.
Nothing is locked and no data is deleted. We will contact you and suggest the plan that fits your shop better.
Every shop gets a second, separate dashboard just for practice. You and your staff can try anything there without touching your real data.
Yes. The Business and Enterprise plans support multiple branches.
Yes. You decide what each staff member can see and do. For example, a salesman can make sales but cannot see your profit reports.
Each shop has its own separate database. Your data is never mixed with another shop's data, and we never sell or share it.
Your shop's data belongs to you. You can ask us for a full copy of your data at any time.
You can pay every month, or pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10. We share the payment details on call or WhatsApp. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
There is no setup fee. We set up your dashboard and give you and your staff basic training on call or WhatsApp.
Yes. On the Enterprise plan your shop runs on its own server. Call us to discuss the price.
