2. What data we keep

We keep the data you enter into your dashboard: your products, stock, purchases, sales, installment schedules, payments, expenses, and the details of your customers and guarantors (such as names, CNIC numbers, phone numbers and addresses). We also keep the login details of your staff.

3. Why we keep it

We keep this data only to run your dashboard for you: to show your sales, stock, recovery and reports. We do not use it for anything else.

4. Your data is separate

Every shop has its own separate database. Your data is never mixed with the data of another shop.

5. We never sell or share your data

We never sell, rent or share your shop's data or your customers' data with anyone, except when the law of Pakistan requires it.

6. Who can see your data

Only you and the staff you give access to can see your data. You decide what each staff member can see. Our technical team may look at your data only when you ask for help, or to fix a problem.

7. Security

Your dashboard is protected by a password and a secure (HTTPS) connection. Please keep your passwords private and remove access for staff who leave your shop.

8. Your data belongs to you

You can ask us for a full copy of your data at any time. If you stop using Dukaan Master, we keep your data for a limited time so you can come back or take a copy, and then we delete it.

9. This website

This website may store small settings in your browser, such as your light or dark mode choice. We do not use them to track you.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
