1. The service

Dukaan Master gives your shop an online dashboard for installment sales, cash sales, purchases, stock and a daily cash book, plus a free practice (testing) dashboard. By using Dukaan Master you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You can pay monthly, or pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10. Each plan has a monthly limit for installment sales and cash-flow entries, shown on our home page.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the start of each month (or each year for yearly plans). If a payment is late, we will contact you first. If it stays unpaid, we may pause your dashboard until it is paid. Your data is not deleted when a dashboard is paused.

4. Plan limits

If your shop goes over the limits of its plan, nothing is locked and nothing is deleted. We will contact you and suggest a plan that fits your shop.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you and your staff enter, for keeping passwords safe, and for using the software within the law. You must have your customers' permission to keep their details.

6. The practice (testing) dashboard

The practice dashboard is only for learning and testing. Do not keep real business records there.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Dukaan Master online all the time. Sometimes we need short breaks for updates; we try to do these when shops are closed.

8. Stopping the service

You can stop using Dukaan Master at any time. Payments already made for the current month or year are not refunded. You can ask for a full copy of your data before you leave.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we change prices, we will tell you before your next payment.
